I just recently finished a small video for a friend of mine. The video was shot with a Sony HC40. I've used the camera before and never expierenced any problems so I figured something was wrong with the encoding.
I used Preimere Pro 1.5 to edit the video. I then exported the finished project to a DVD using Pro's "Export to DVD" feature. Here's where my problem came in. There are parts of the video where the picture seems "glitchy" and "choppy". Almost as if the video is freezing up and unfreezing very quickly.
I've exported the movie twice to a DVD and gotten the same result, so I tried exporting it using the Adobe Media Encoder, no problems.
Does anyone know why the DVD encoder would be giving me troubles?
