i'm using adobe premiere pro and i was wondering how i could replace the mouth of a still image with a moving/talking mouth (like what you see in comedy shows where there is a picture of a person and they replace the mouth with someone else's so it seems like they are talking)? is it possible to do it on premiere pro?

Basically you'd want to film the person talking with their mouth positioned in the right place, and then use a matte to mask out their mouth and superimpose it on the background. I'm not sure of the details of how you'd do that in Premiere though.

There's really no specific instructions on how to do that. But it is VERY possible to do. Try playing around with it, see what come up.

Film is a story told with moving pictures...
