Sorry to bother with this newbie question. I am getting Adobe CS4 masters collection through my University, but due to finance I won't be able to until spring.

I have two Samsung HMX-H105BP full HD camcorders, I want to do some 3D winter sports and such.My problem is, I need a good, cheap software that can edit 3D side by side videos in MP4 or .wmv format. I have tried converting files to use free editors that do AVI but it's pretty hit and miss. Usually end up with a bugged movie that can't be edited.

Any one have any suggestion on a easy to use, free or cheap program? If it's not possible in MP4 or .wmv if any one knows a good program and a good file converter I would be grateful.

I am an absolute newbie, but dying to learn.
