Wow, that was pretty good. I liked it. It looked pretty real.

yeah i actually just put a sock down on the floor as a marker so i knew where to punch and then just lined both takes up in premiere and then stretched them out to make them the same length and then put them in after effects. The reason i wanted to know how to do this is because i wanted to use a scene where a guy gets hit by a car and i knew that i would have to do it this way, so thanks for the help.
