I am building a Windows PC for video editing as I work with Premiere Pro 2. I intend to edit DV and HD stuff.

I am thinking of building a system with dual processor but is it worth it?

Does Premiere really utilise it or shall i just build a one processor system with lots o RAM and a good graphics card in it, plus a capture card?

Also should it be 64 bit system, how can I make it a 64 bit system?
