Is there any way that with adobe you can turn what you shot at daytime and make it look as if it was night. In other words, darkening the sky.

Cancel that thought. You may as well reshoot the scene. Most likely playing with the levels and/or playing with layers will make the quality of the image worse than if you were to just shoot it at night.
