alright so will i have copyright issues if i play a song, prolly well known one, from the radio, in a scene or watever? the radio has the copyright right? and its public?....is this a stupid question? or did i find a copyright loop hole.....

No. The copyright is held by the owner - either the writer or the publisher. Radio
station lease the right to play the song and pay a fee to do so. They do not buy
the right to copy the song nor does playing it on the radio give everyone the
right to use the song in any way the please.
When you play a song in your movie you need to buy the right to do so. Even if
in the scene you show a radio and say it's coming from that radio.
