I went out and filmed a lot of stuff on my HV20. Recently I decided to upload it to my computer and start the editing process. For the most part the miniDV's are all full of HD footage, but a few of them I switched from DV to HDV, so for ease of editing I have been capturing to my computer in HDV. The problem is, most of the footage seems... less clear than it could be. That is, I capture a tape to a folder, open that folder and open the captured video file, and the footage seems a bit raw. Is there anything I should be doing to this footage?
