I want to add some filter effects to my footage in post production (i.e., graduated tobacco filter, etc.). Is there a way of doing this with my NLE set-up (I have Ulead Media Studio Pro 6.5) or through a 3rd party application or should I have shot the stuff in the first place with lens filters?

My footage is shot on miniDV.

Any help greatly appreciated.
