Are there any plug-ins available for Adobe Premiere Pro 1 that allows the user to rotate the footage, use a masking tool to crop out things, and move the footage around (Not on the timeline, but the actually footage, as it appears on the monitor)?

premeire will let you do that without any plug-ins, just go to effects settings, i cant remember the correct name of the effect but it is one of the ones that is already applied to the footage when you drop it in the time line...i do remember that it is above the opacity setting in the effects box.
I actually just figured it out a few minutes ago. I cannot believe a thing as simple as that, I was not able to spot. Thank you for helping me though.
