Adobe Premiere Editing to Export Troubles

For the past month I've been editing this video in Adobe Premiere 6.0. There is this sequence with 4 video pieces over top each other and the alignment must be perfect. They are. And I've been exporting it to Windows Media player files over and over to view test runs of it, many times throughout the month- each time progress is made, just to see how it looks.

Suddenly, two days ago, no matter what I do, this one piece of the video will not line up in the exporting. It is perfectly lined up in the timeline. And, in the preview it works fine. It is only when I export it and play the file back that that one little part is out of place or delayed.

Anyone ever have this problem? Since I can't see it in the timeline (the problem that is) I can't fix it. Everything is lined up perfectly organized. I don't like things chaotic so I kept it nice and neat so I would see if it was off... I only have one day left on this trial and the video was done 2 days ago. I want to show it off now but I can't get that one part to line up..... Help please!

Have you tried re-rendering your entire timeline and then re-exporting?

If that doesn't work, try deleting all of your premiere work files and re-render it all again.

It worked. It worked. Thank you. It took 2 to 3 hours on this sluggish computer to rebuild the previews but afterwards it clearly showed in the prieview window that the image wasn't lining up. Thank God for clip markers in Premiere. THat worked nicely.

In case you want to see, the finished video is at

It was supposed to be a demo-reel or portfolio piece but after all the trouble, watching like 420 times in 69 hours and seeing how crappy it turned out, i'd rather just let it melt away into the folds of the abyss.
