I am going to buy this off of E-bay. I have decided that I do not want Avid Liquid or Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. I want the program Adobe premiere 7.0.

Has anyone used this program before? And how does it work with PCs with low specifications. Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 does not work with my PC. So I am trying to see if Adobe Premiere 7.0 is any different.

Suggestion? Comments?

When the script writing is done, the work has just begun. When the filming is done, the work has just begun. When post-production is done, the work has just begun. When the distribution is done, you decide if the work is done.

I have 6.0, so there 🙂 !

Wasn't 7.0 the alternate title for Premiere Pro 1.0, or am I getting confused? 6.0 used to run acceptably on a P3-550 for DV editing, but crashed a lot.

Yes. Adobe Premiere 7.0 is Adobe Premiere Pro 1.0. I just want to know if it requires less from a computer than Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.

I think 1.0 requires a fairly fast Intel CPU, and won't run on older AMD chips. I don't know much more than that since I've never used it.
