Great idea for a film website. Everything seems to be in place properly. Now if it could only get more traffic and replies to posts.

John ?:)?

This site (filmmaking.net) does have potential, but what a lot of these types of sites are missing is realistic information from professionals so that those who want to make filmmaking a CAREER instead of just a hobby and dream can make that happen.

It would be nice if there was just one "filmmaking" site in the world where wanna-bee's and professionals gather to ask, share, and help, but it isn't that way and never will be.

So the best thing anyone can do is to research the options and visit all of the resources to keep informed. A comprehensive list of these types of sites is available at ?url? http://www.realfilmcareer.com?/url? in the Forums section. Just scroll down through the Resources topics to find more information than most people even know exists. You'll find links to countless websites, books, and movies that are out there to help aspiring filmmakers build their careers. There are no ads... only information designed to help YOU get where you want to be in the professional film industry.
