Production space for up to 14 people available immediately, in a beautiful, friendly, loft and listed building in the heart of Soho. Would suit a 3 month production.

The space is bright, secure, inspirational, energising and creative, with a fantastic atmosphere and a rooftop view from the top floor ? it has a lift and will give you a lift!

Our desks are hand made, solid benches, skylit and with windows that open, under table storage, shelves, phones, and classic black leather Herman Miller swivel chairs on casters (see the photo).

You will also have access to a bright and inspiring, large meeting room / production space that takes up to 25 people and a smaller meeting room that will seat up to 6. For small informal meetings, we have an intimate area with books, arm chairs or breakfast bar with Chicago diner stools ? and most importantly a creative hub of designers, artists, writers, producers, film makers, media-makers ? lovely, friendly, talented people.

?400- ?495 per head inclusive of all services, shower, chilled water fountain, copier, scanner, fax, phones, wifi, cleaning, recycling and bike space. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle and we provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc.

Excellently located, 3 minutes from Piccadilly Circus, 5 minutes from Oxford Circus and Leicester Square tubes with car park close-by.
