An established Gramercy neighborhood-based audio post production studio in Manhattan is looking for a synergistic subtenant. Game designers or film editors, radio producers or VO casting agents -- ideally someone who could benefit from having a full service audio studio available.

The room for lease is about 16' x 19', which ends up being a touch more than 300 square feet. Access to high-speed internet (wired and wireless) is included, and the space has double-sealed windows that block the vast majority of the sounds of 23rd Street. The studio has a client-friendly lounge and kitchen which will also be available to the subtenant. Pictures are available upon request.

Rent is $1500/month (negotiable). The cost of utilities, building and cleaning services would take into account the type of work the subtenant does, scheduling, and other fun variables that affect such numbers. Please note though that our priority is establishing a relationship. If you're finding yourself with a brilliant (and reasonable!) idea that involves you paying no rent but will make us all millions of dollars a year, by all means, give us a call. If you're somewhere else on the spectrum, give us a call. We're more than willing to schedule meetings, talk logistics, and do the work to find a good fit.
