I don't work for free. It's as much for my benefit as it is for those who hire me. When you tell a producer "I've hired a composer to score the film" - you suddenly go from being "little kid playing with mom's camcorder" to "legitimate film maker." I've seen this happen frequently. When you spend money on something as important as film music, more people are likely to spend money on YOU.

That being said, I'm not out to break your budget. I'm very reasonable and I'm willing to compromise in most occasions if the agreement is fair for all involved.

Whether you go with me or not, I highly recommend that you hire a qualified, educated composer to do you music.
