Hello, my name's John and I'm an absolute beginner who is looking for any kind of project.

My official education so far only includes two years of composing music and some more years of playing the piano. I'm focussing on learning by doing, reading literature about making music and (last but not least) choosing the right idols. It's important for me to go my own way and to create music fitting to any kind of individual project instead of following certain rules. And just as important is the quality of the music's sound: If I think that a track of mine obviously doesn't sound very professional, it's simply not good enough. For example I would never accept artificially sounding orchestral sounds or cheap beats (unless of course it fits to the whole project's idea). This means that I have large collection of professional software such as Cubase SX 3 (but I'm going to upgrade to Cubase 4 in a few weeks) and many state-of-the-art plugins (including software by Steinberg, Spectrasonics and Native Instruments, among others) that allow me to create many different tunes. I'm open minded for any kind of music and will try to satisfy your needs, no matter what they might be.

As for me: I'm at an age of 20 years and therefore have a lot of time ahead of me, so I'm not really interested in seriously making money by composing and performing music yet. I am currently looking for any oppurtunity to contribute music to any kind of project, to gain experience and to expand my portfolio. So in fact the only thing I'm currently asking for is you to ask me. 🙂
