Right here on filmmaking.net you can find a list of film schools in the U.S. - and worldwide. Go to the main page and click on "Film School Database". As with everything "best" is subjective. There really isn't a "best".

AFI, USC, UCLA, CU, LMU in California have good reputations.
CU, NYU, IFINY in New York have good reputations.
But there are good schools in North Carolina, Arizona, Illinois, Florida.

And don't forget work experience. You don't need a degree to make a living in film/TV. In my opinion and experience, the best place to study is on set. But as I said, there is no "best" - what every works for you, workd for you. My advice is get an entry level position and work your way up. You'll have to do that even WITH a degree - get a head start and do it directly after high school and not after college.

THanks "certified instigator" for your answer.
But They're so many schools out there.

Some appear to be better than others in terms of equipments and facility but
I want to hear from firsthand experience.

Like how often you actually get to work with camera and stuff, things like that.

Because from my experience university in Thailand claim that they have state of the art equipment but no student every used it.

I don't want to run into things like that.
