What's the best film school?

Hi, I'm 19 years old and I live in Malaysia. I'm currently studying Animation in college and have been thinking that this may not be what I really want to do. I've been looking around for film schools and in Malaysia there's only one. I just saw the work of the students and I must admit, I don't now much about film making but I really don't think these are good, well at least not good enough to win an award. Here's a link to the 3 short films 2 students of that film school did that won an award, let me know what you think ok?Anyway since there's only one college here, and it's not very good, I was thinking of going to the states to study in a good film school. I was wondering if you could help and tell me which are the best? Since I don't live in America, it wouldn't really matter where the college is as you know, it'll be the same anyway, I'de still have to move. Which schools do the best known directors come from? What I really want to do is still animation, but rather than make it, I would like to know how to direct and produce it. That's what I really want to do. To know about camera angles, scripts, directing, in short I'de like to be the person that arranges everything and puts the whole thing together. It's not a control or being in charge thing. It's just that I kinda want to be behind the story, to you know, sorta have control over the movie/series. I want it to turn out the way I want to, to have the audience see the story through my eyes. I guess that's pretty much enough of babbling lol. Anyway, please help if you can. If you don't know which one's are the best, maybe you can tell me about the colleges your in? Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
