I will be getting a Mac soon and I need to know the best programs to use for film editing. Final Cut is the number one thing from what I've read, but what else is incredibly useful?

iMovie comes with every Apple. It's a great starting tool. You'll outgrow
it quickly, but it's incredibly useful.
For the Mac your only other choice is Final Cut Express.
