New to HDV, I am wondering what is a typical / advisable shutter speed to use when filming people such as typical footage of actors, etc? From 35mm SLR of course I understand shutter speeds used to stop movement, but with film of course there is movement, movement is what it is all about, so how is shutter speed chosen to film motion of people but not have blurred footage???

The standard shutterspeed is 1/60, but sometimes people will go 1/30.
