I want to get into Mirabai films as an assistant director. My goal is to become a feature film director.

Right now, I know nothing about film making, except I know I have passion for it. What do the production companies look for in a candidate? experience? degree(MFA?)? What are my chances? How do I pursue my goal?

I have looked at various filmmaking workshops. How useful is a 4 week workshop?
