does anyone know of a better freewebstie hosting than freewebs.com, maybe something that doesn't have the host name in your site, but alos lets you post videos

try www.bravenet.com, they host free sites although it will have the host's name in the address. there is a way around this though. if you go to www.cjb.net you can change the address so for you it would be www.whitetigerfilms.cjb.net.
you can also add email aliases on this site aswell.
