First thing I would type ALT text for each image throughout the website as google and all the search engines will "fancy" your pages a little bit more. I see some broken links at the bottom of the pages, though I assume you're well aware and you'll take care of those. Considering that you want people to watch films, I would add some voting, giving the user the ability to watch and then vote the video. So you can see which one is the most appreciated. Last thing but most important is: try to keep your images in low definition otherwise the website is slow. For example in the Contact page you show images in 285px ? 214px and they should be around 10Kb instead of 190Kb.
