Write a good script that your star will like, then convince their agent that they should read it (or find some way to get it to the actor directly which won't get you locked up for stalking). Certainly people I know have managed to get their scripts to few name actors and even get one attached to a script, though none have had the movies made yet. One common problem is that the agent isn't interested unless a large chunk of the finance is in place, but it's hard to get finance in place without a name attached.

I think maybe he was referring to the stars under his name to the left of the posts. Was that it?
