Hi, i was wondering the name of the stabilizer/support that enables a video camera to view as though from the human eye perspective?
Examples of this could be The Prodigy's video "Smack My ***** Up".
I believe there were also scenes like this from The Evil Dead films.
Im guessing it isnt done by hand or 2 people.

Thank you

As I understand it the 'Evil Dead' system had the camera attached to the middle of a short plank of wood, and the camera person held the ends of the plank to minimise the camera movement as they walked.

The video was shot using a "helmetCam"

I can't vouch for this, but it seems a reasonable "do-it-yourself"
method.
