I don't think you're likely to find anyone with expertise on the subject on this forum. Even if you asked about the subject of filmmaking in general (without narrowing it down to commercials), and schools in Mumbai, you'd likely get no responses for at least several days.
I don't know if there are any film schools at all in Pune. I would assume there are several (if not plenty) in Mumbai (it being the epicentre of Bollywood), and as I understand, Mumbai isn't that far from Pune.
The best you can hope for is to look through existing discussions on the subject of film schools and figure out if they are relevant to you.
