The stuff I read about Dr Strangelove never mentioned the backflip. In fact I don't recall it myself. Perhaps bbrazil knows something about it.

Maybe I imagined it! I don't think so though. He's in the war room trying to convince Peter Sellers (President character) about something regarding the Russians or some perceived threat or some crazy thing. He's like, "Mr. President we need to act right now" or something. I'm paraphrasing. And in his excitement does some kind of acrobatic.

Does anyone remember this? Or have the DVD handy so they could look for it?

I always thought it was a testament to Scott's commitment to his acting.
