Hi,
How important is it to storyboard a script? Are the storyboarding softwares any good? Which one should a "not-so-good-at-sketching" person use? Are there any freeware softwares available?

I would always do it even if it's just a few stick figures in boxes. If you don't think through the shots before you shoot, how are you going to know what shots you need for the edit?
