Is there an editing program that will allow me to play footage backwards? I'm shooting a short and at the end, I wanted to playback certain points in the movie backwards. Any ideas?

Pretty much any editing software will do that. Each one does it differently. Some may require you to add a "reverse" effect to the video and some may have you chose a certain speed (which you would then type "-100%) to have it play backwards.
I'd say about 99% of editing software has that effect.
