Dont know if you guys can help me but i remember reading a tutorial a while back about capturing footage at 90 fps (i think) And using premier to slurr three or more frames together to get more of a movie look and better quality when doing slow mo and speeding up. I have searched and searched for this tutorial and just can not find it. The reason i would like to find out how to do this method is i make alot of css game movies and when slowing it down and speeding it up the quality goes really bad.
