Anyone here knows if Sony's DCR-DX2000 or DX2100 supports slowmotion shooting? (what I mean by that is, can they shoot at a faster frame rate so I can get a smooth slow motion sequence while editing)
If not, which camcorders could be able to do this?
Consider those of a price lower than 4,000 dollars

I personally dont know of any video cameras that could do this.

For DV its not the camera. It's the editing that you do. If you want slow motion with didgital, Get the camera you like best and almost any editing software should slow it down for you.

But the quality will suck unless you have really good interpolation software and that costs $$$$
