No.
Several people I know have made movies of 40-60 minutes, and no-one has ever shown any interest in buying them... there's even less of a market than for short movies. If you can't cut it down, I'd expand it to feature-length.
Replying to Svelter about the "Best genre" There is no "Best genre" unless your trying to make money out of it which I really dont think you should be. Short films and Peoples first films shouldnt be about huge budgets and " The hollywood scene ". Be creative just pour emotion and soul into it and see how Your film comes out.
Don't go over 10 minutes. First, if you want to stream it on youtube, you can only upload up to 10 minutes without having to pay. Secondly, a ten minute short is a good length to go right before a feature at a film festival. That means a potentially bigger audience if and when your short screens! I don't think I've seen a two minute short blocked together with a feature.
