You have an idea for a a movie about a kid who discovers a way into a comic book world, there is only an outline no script has been written. Your parents house is going to be a perfect set, your room already has tons of comic related material everywhere and you know alot about comics. What are the red flags for this project, lay out a series of steps that you can follow so your concept can be brought to the screen without legal issues later?
