Hey,

I have a couple scenes where we have a large group of extras. Now I want them all to sign a release form for the film, but I wanted to know:

Can I have one release form where they all sign on one lined sheet? Like how a petition has many signatures for one document, so I can reduce the amount of paper and hassle.

No, you must sign an Individual form for each person. This is mandatroy in most states. ANYONE seen in a film without a model release can sue you. Although you may be able to sign "One big Paper"... its easier and more organized to sign one for each person.
