Hi
I have few questions:

1- I want to film something and then want to record my own voice on it as the film cotinues to be played. What they call that control system and where can i find it. Is it very expensive?

2- In the begining and at the end i may want to add writings on the film. How can i do that. i know it is done in computer but what program.

thanks

I think any program that will allow you to edit digital video will allow you to add sounds. In most cases the sound files can be any format, its up to you to determine how you record the sound and how you get it into the computer.

You can even tape the sound on your digital camera by filming a wall or with the lens cap on, then importing the video+ sound into the digital video editor and then seperating the sound and deleting the video.

There are so many options and possibilities its almost impossible to provide a decent answer.

To do both of those things you will need an editing program for your computer.

Final Cut or iMovie if you're using Apple
Avid, Vegas, Premiere, Matrox, Pinnacle or Ulead if you're on a PC

#1 is called voice over. You can record your VO directly into your camera as rj suggested and put the audio into your editing software.

#2 is a simple title graphic that all editing software comes with.
