hey everyone!
I have a scene where the clockradio will go on in the morning and the radiohost starts off his jibberish.

My question is: How do you make/edit to sound like a voice comin from the radio?

And which editprogram is good for twisting audio?

Every single DAW out there has plenty of EQ presets that will do that. Soundbooth (from CS4) has "Old Style Radio" and "Telephone", which both provide the sound you want. Even Audacity (the free, open source DAW) has "amradio" EQ preset that approximates the sound you want.

It is very easy to get this sound in any software that has decent graphic EQ. Just cut all frequencies below some 300Hz and above 5kHz, leave the rest mostly flat, with perhaps a bump around 1-2k. Keep tweaking and you'll get the sound you want.

Audacity has it under "Effect" -> "Equalizer". Nice thing about it is that it allows you to draw the EQ curve and check out the result right away using 'Preview' function.

Get Audacity for free and play with it. In 15 minutes, you'll have it figured out.
