Hi, i'm new to the film-making business but i was wondering if anyone could help me, I've written down some ideas and was wondering if there was anyone i can approch with my ideas to see if they like them and wanted to make them
A good idea and a fiver will buy you a cup of coffee.
Turn that good idea into a good script, and you may have something that someone would want to buy.
Also, remember that ideas can't be copyrighted, so you really have nothing to sell even if they wanted to buy it.

If you turn it into a script, you'd be trying to get agents and production companies to read it, and hopefully buy it. If it's good, then someone somewhere is likely to be interested.
