PVC pipe dolly vibrates - why?

built it with precision in mind according to one of many instruction pages on the web. two 3-inch pvc pipes, 4x4' 3/4 plywood platform with 2 wheels at 45-degree angle on each corner. When you push it, it vibrates as though the wheels or pipes were bumpy. They?re not. Could cheap wheels/bearings from a walmart deck be an issue?
thanks

The vibration is most likely caused by a binding condition...precision can sometimes mean tolerances were too tight and aren't allowing your wheels to rotate properly. Check to see if you can loosen things up a bit and see if the vibration continues. If it does then you might need better trucks/wheels.
