So I've been trying to find out about the legal stuff and business aspects of production as I have a project I am putting together (my first). If it does go how planned theres is a store I have connections with that would sell it for a part of the profit.
Let me get to the point.
In my research I have came across many "roadblocks" in getting definite clear cut answers for stuff. I read a bit about haveing a production company. Is this at all neccessary if you are going to attempt at making money from your film? What would be? Any advice at all would be a big help. Also any info about the legal aspect of shooting, waivers, indemnification forms(in case someone were to be hurt which would be the nature of the film), etc.
