I have just spent a lot of money on a new computer with a pinnacle studio deluxe capture card...i also have adobe 6.5, however it always freezes (and is not responding) when i try to capture. someone has told me this is because i need the patch. however i cannot find any of these patches anywhere...can ANYONE help please. thankyou

I'm not aware of the specific issue, but your first ports of call should be the "support" areas of:
www.pinnaclesys.com
www.adobe.com
If patches are involved, these are the two places you should be looking first.
