Can someone break this down and make it simple for an idiot (i.e. me) to understand?
"You warrant and represent that your entry will be original to you and that you have the right to grant the consents and license the rights expressed to be granted in these terms, free from encumbrances and third party rights."
I kinda know what their saying but I'd like to know exactly what my limitations are.

The way I read it:
Your entry is yours and you are the one in control of all decisions regarding the entry.
So they don't want to be sued or hassled if you use someone elses music, if you show someone elses film, stole someone elses screenplay, or represent a product negatively. They dont' want to fall in love with your movie and find out that because someone else put up the money you can't really make final decisions.
I could be wrong, legalise is not my specialty and this sounds particularly convoluted.
