Panavision or Arri?

Which of these both cameras is better generally speaking, and which brand have higher prices?

Generally speaking that are exactly the same. But Panavision doesn't sell their cameras - they only rent.

16mm Arri's go from about $30 000-$50 000 (USD) and up. As far as I know Panavision only manufactures 35mm and they cost about $1 000 000 (USD) a piece. You can't buy the camera, but you can rent it from Panavision or your local rental house for around $600-$1000/day (CND) and up. Are you going into production shortly? 35mm is very expensive.

Panavision makes a nice 16mm camera - the Panaflex.

I used it on a feature in 2003. Got a 4 week rental for $2,000 (USD) including lenses, vid tap and accessories.
