Which of these both cameras is better generally speaking, and which brand have higher prices?
Generally speaking that are exactly the same. But Panavision doesn't sell their cameras - they only rent.

16mm Arri's go from about $30 000-$50 000 (USD) and up. As far as I know Panavision only manufactures 35mm and they cost about $1 000 000 (USD) a piece. You can't buy the camera, but you can rent it from Panavision or your local rental house for around $600-$1000/day (CND) and up. Are you going into production shortly? 35mm is very expensive.
