I didn't like Apocalypse Now Redux or the rerelease of Bladerunner and Star Wars special editions. Sometimes things are done right the first time.
My current favorite movie is LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU, there is something about this quirky film that really struck me. Before that, judging on the number of times I've watched it I'd say OLD SCHOOL which always leaves me laughing.
