Hi i am VERY new to the forum and i have a question that i hope someone could answer very simply for me. I am wanting some basic lighting and basic sound equipment for a few porjects mainly filming promotional videos and suchlike. Although i have worked as a camera poerator i have no clue about how the sound links together with the cameras boom etc?

Please could someone be kind enough to give me some advice. I really would appreciate it if someone could talk to me and give me a small list? of a basic sound and lighting setup?
