I know short films and feature films are sent to film festivals, but where exactly do you send your movie trailer to? Film studios, investors, Other festivals?

Feature films? I've never heard of a feature film fesival! Does anyone know of any?

Yes the Sundance Film Festival and the Caen Film Festival always show features. To name two off the top of my head.
