I have used Limewire before in tha past (not alot though) to download music. I did not know up until now you could also download programs/software. I would mormally buy it from the shops or online but recently i ordered what i thought was a genuine Nero 8 software package. It arrived and it was a OEM copy. I contacted the seller but he would not refund. I now do not want to spend more money on the full version.
Has anyone downloaded programs of Limewire and what are your good/bad thoughts on it. Can i really just download a full version of nero 8 on Limewire?

Yes, you can, but there are legal alternatives to doing that. I would suggest finding a free program that does what you need nero for.
So i could (i wont but i'm interested) download the full working version of nero 8. Is there a limit or can you download things such as after effects or vegas movie etc?

the existance of this topic could get you in trouble. Yes, you can download all kinds of illegally pirated software that will usually work just fine. Any creative software you want is out there for free, just remember the legal implications. Many of them will come with virus', thanks to the manufacturers. And all are illegal. Just remember that when you make your decision.
I suggest looking in to buying software with your student credentials if you have them, big discounts.
I have now got rid of limewire as i do not want to be involved and it started to mess up my computer
