Is it possible to go to a studio with a story(while being a producing) and get funding for a script and maybe a development deal for your own company provided you have a good business plan.
Not likely - but possible.

I'd say pretty impossible to be fair, studios only really accept scripts from well established agents or close friends/colleagues it's as good as impossible to break in with your first idea, build yourself up a bit first by making some good shorts you can send to festivals, then you have a better chance of meeting someone or someone paying you attention.
