As one author of screenwriting said, maybe you do not know what to write because you do not know what to write about. Meaning: research research research. Learn about the subject matter you want to write about. Learn about story structure (read Wikipedia about the Hero's Journey as told by Joseph Campbell, read about the three act paradigm for pretty much all story structures--invented by Aristotle and taught by most screenwriting classes and found in 99% of all stories and movies.

I do not mean to be cruel, but I would not hold your breathe. People generally do not like to do other people's work because one's own day job is enough for most of us.
I'm sure you're not trying to be deceptive but many crooked producers use a very similar line in trying to get screenwriters to do work for free. If you are serious about this you need to repackage your presentation/pitch.
An idea is the smallest cheapest chunk of the screenplay. People have hundreds a day while a screenplay takes months to wrtie. Many people have identical ideas and the screenplay makes them different. For exmple a few years ago we had two volcano movies, before that two asteroid/comet movies and then the Abyss spawned a couple of underwater movies.
Ideas are virtually worthless and certainly not worth 50%. If your idea is fabulous you should pay the screenwriter and keep all the profits.
