If I were you I would have made the parts where the lights are off be actual film not just a black screen.

Mainly just because you can tell its just a black screen which makes it look like not much time was put into making it. Typically in videos they will show a person moving around and it will be rather dark and have a bluish tint not just a black screen.

That's actually what I intended to do. I wanted it completely black.

the editing can be a little tighter...
the hitman shouldn't be wearing regular clothing... it makes it look somewhat amateurish right off the bat.
and the music is somewhat cliche... mob-hit-wise.
